  • You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it was delivered in.

  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products with a seal or warranty sticker must be unopened and not activated.

🚫 Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted:

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Used products or items missing original components.

  • Products purchased during non-refundable special offers (clearly stated at time of purchase).
